MOTORIZED TORCH LIFTER FOR OXY-FUEL CUTTING
- Mechanism consists of motorized torch lifter & manual torch holder.
- Permanent Magnet DC Drive Motor for smooth & precise movement.
- End of travel UP/DOWN Limit Switches.
- Torch Lifter operates automatically through commands from the sensor or it can be operated manually.
TORCH HEIGHT CONTROL
- Maintains & optimum distance between torch TIP & steel plate through non-contact capacitive measurement.
- PWM Servo output model with accuracy up to 0.5mm with normal working distance 5-20mm regardless of plate irregularities.
AUTOMATIC TORCH HEIGHT CONTROL FOR PLASMA CUTTING
- The Plasma torch is equipped with electronic smart height control to deliver best cut quality in the industry.
- Maintains & optimum distance between torch tip & steel plate through Ohmic contact sense which maintains arc voltage.
- Cuts highly accurate parts & sharp corners & notches.
